Easy Jailbreak iPhone / iPod touch
Recently, some hackers out there had made a very easy tool for jailbreak the iPhone or iPod touch. It’s just as simple as ABC.
Here how it works.
1 . Point your Safari browser to jailbreakme.com
2. Read through the instruction on site. Scroll down, then click/touch Install AppSnapp.
3. Your Safari browser will quit itself and wait for 30-60 seconds. Don’t touch anything, your iPhone and iPod touch will automatically reboot. Then slide to unlock it and you will see a new icon on screen. You can now install 3rd party applications on your iPhone or iPod touch.
If anything goes wrong,
If the Safari hangs, just press and hold the home button until it returns to the home page.
If your iPhone or iPod touch is bricked, you need to fully restore your iPod Touch by holding the sleep and home button until your iPod Touch turns off. Keep holding them and eventually the apple logo will appear…now release the sleep button while still holding the home button. If do everything went right … you should connect to iTunes and it should do a full restore.
This easy jailbreak solution doesn’t work for my iPod touch and I just don’t know why. I went in that site, then Safari quits, I wait but then nothing happen, no reboot. Well, afterall I went for another way to jailbreak it.
Looked! I have apps in my iPod touch. But nothing special also, I don’t have ROMs for NES, I only use ApolloIM and sometime when really bored, I just draw something with Sketches. Because it don’t have a stylus, drawing on a iPod touch is hard, you have to use your finger. =)
