Sony Cybershot DSC T2 is a “Cybershot Shuffle”

Sony just announced a new compact digital camera into its Cybershot line and that is the Cyber-shot DSC-T2. The cool part of it is that the T2 is available in various colour of your choice of blue, green, pink, white and black candy coatings.

Specs of T2 is as below :

  • 8 megapizel
  • 1/2.5-inch CCD
  • 4GB on-board flash storage with Memory Stick Pro Duo expansion
  • 2.7-inch
  • 230k pixel touchscreen LCD
  • ISO 3200 max sensitivity
  • Sony’s smile shutter and face detection
  • 3x Carl Zeiss zoom with optical image stabilization.

This little candy camera or I call it the Cybershot shuffle is a good Christmas gift as it is available in store in December for a price at $350.

What I am gonna think about it is Sony is doing a good job now. Like previously the touch T200, and now a colourful, small compact touch camera with built-in memory. This is way too cool and by the way, my favourite T2 colour is the white one.

What’s colour will you choose if you want a T2?

I am accepted into BlogRush, then what?

Like the money making mom says, are you banned or accepted into BlogRush?

As you can see from the screenshot, I’m in.

Few weeks ago, I read from some blogs that BlogRush brings traffic to people by showing your latest post on the BlogRush widget. For a number of pageviews a day in your blog, your latest post will be showed in the widget of (number of pageviews) blogs. For example, if you got 100 pageviews, your post will be showed 100 times in blogs that has the widget.

Besides that, by referring your friends to join and ask them to install the widget in their blogs, their pageviews will be added to the number of times your post be shown. Let’s say your friend that you refer has 200 pageviews, then your post will be shown 200 times in the widget.

More referee = More Times A Post Will Be Shown in Widget = More Traffic = More Money

I didn’t really monitor my blog traffic, I am not sure that whether this widget helps me to get traffic. But I am pretty sure that it won’t harm anybody to join BlogRush and give it a try.

One last thing, John Cow was not accepted into BlogRush. Haha.

Blogging away from home / office

Let’s say you are going on a vacation or whatever trip to somewhere else, out of town, country and away from your computer at home, at that time, you can hardly blog. When you didn’t update your blog for a few days or a week, reader will start to move away.

Unless you have a laptop with you all the time or you visit to the nearest internet cafe. What if you don’t have a laptop like me, you probably have to go to the internet cafe or use any mobile device that allow you to go online via wifi or whatever etc. mobile phone, PDA, iPod touch or something like that. It will be better if that device has a QWERTY keyboard, it’ll make blogging easier. Blackberry, Palm or those QWERTY keyboard phone it’ll will be good. iPhone or the iPod touch are not really good to type on because of the touch screen, even though there’s a on-screen keyboard, it still don’t feel good because you can’t feel the key.

All of these is just for temporarily blogging usage and should not be replace your computer at home. There’s disadvantage using this mobile device to blog on the go like currently I am blogging through my iPod touch and I can’t highlight words and add links to it. I am not sure about the PDA, but I pretty sure you can’t do it with a mobile phone. Besides that, you can’t really add a photo into a post.

Get yourself a laptop. I want a laptop, I want a MacBook, but it will be a long time as if I want to get a MacBook, I will wait till next year summer for the school open promotion for student. At that time, I will get rebate on the MacBook and also a free iPod nano. I am wondering can my make money online business can earn a MacBook by end of next year or not, I think can. Let’s see.

Nokia S60 Touch looks cool

Nokia’s S60 Touch :

This video was taken by an attendee in London at the Symbian Smartphone Show on 16 Oct 2007. The videos shows the Nokia’s latest flagship model - the S60 Touch which will be releasing in year 2008.

It features a 2.8″ touch screen, it’s still smaller than the iPhone but on the software side, I think Symbian wins over Mac on the iPhone because there’s lot of 3rd party apps out there and S60 Touch will not only stick with 1 telco only, I believe. However, we still have to say that this is a clone from the Apple iPhone. If it isn’t the iPhone, there won’t be so many touch based product out there right now.

When the released date is announced and a demo unit to be hands-on, then I’ll might consider it as my next gadget to be own. You know, now is the touch world, I love my brother’s Sony Cybershot T200 with a huge 3.5″ touchscreen and I love my iPod touch. It will be cool if I have a touchscreen cellphone.

Let’s wait for more of it. But 1 thing, if the input system is nice, then I will only think about it because I blog on the go, I need to have a good text input phone. =)

iPod touch Unboxing Video

Say congratulation to me! Just kidding. I got my iPod touch already, it was last week when I got it in Singapore. Love it a lot and currently I still has the plastic on. Waiting for my Best Skin Ever full iPod touch skin to be arrive at my doorstep. Anyway, check out the video my brother took.

Review of iPod touch is coming soon, it will be ugly if I take pictures of it with the plastic on it. =)

At first, I thought I wouldn’t get the iPod touch before I get home. It was out of stock, luckily the guy called and said the iPod touch had arrived. I were having dinner with my family, then after dinner, we go straight to the Apple shop and get the iPod touch. The good thing is, it’s week 39 batch and no screen issue. Love it. Got it for 698 Singapore $. It’s a 16GB model.

Cheap Brandless Card Reader

I went shopping last week and bought myself a cheap card reader at Gadget Zone, 1stop. It’s only RM20 ($6). It can read Memory Stick (Pro), SD, MMC, XD and Compact Flash.

I tried it and it’s working good but it doesn’t read my 4GB memory stick. I take to ask the guy and found out that it can’t read fake memory stick. Yeah, my 4GB is fake and I use it for my PSP. Wonder why my PSP can read it but the card reader can’t. It read my camera SD card nicely, I don’t have a XD or Compact Flash to try on. I assume it does work also.

1 more thing, the card reader is brandless. There isn’t any logo on the packaging itself or on the card reader. Definitely came from China.

Since I has 2 camera, I don’t have to plug in 2 different cable to connect my camera anymore. I can just take out the SD card and put it into the card reader for viewing and copying photos.
