Adverlets Cheque (check) is finally here!
After 2 months of waiting, the cheque (check) is finally here. That’s insane, on Adverlet’s site, it says that I will receive my cheque in the 2nd month after I cash out my earnings. It wasn’t like that, after more than 60 days of cashing out, I received it yesterday. Not in my letterbox but in my neighbor’s letterbox. What the fuck? They can’t even write my address correctly. Luckily my neighbor is kind to pass us the mail because the name on it is not theirs.
The cheque was in a cheapo HSBC envelope, I thought they send me via an envelope with Adverlets logo on it. It’s not what I expected. I expected it to be thick with Adverlets stickies like they sent their first cheque to their blogger last time. It’s only consist of a cheque in it, nothing then.
Kinabalu Blog’s cheque, it come with badges, stickers and a letter. Mine don’t.
On the envelope, it should be a 5 not a 6 and then you can see they spells Georgetown wrongly before, strike it, write again. The service sounds so unprofessional to me man.
Excited? Just a little bit, even though it’s my first cheque of money I made online. I guess this will be the last Adverlets chequeto me, because my earning from them is just like shit. I guess Nuffnang will be better than them. Placed ads for 9 months and earned just a little RM100, another RM50 is free by reviewing them last time. Currently earns RM57 in Advertlets, and it takes forever for me to reach RM100.
Maybe it’s me that do not manage my blog well? Less reader? I think so. This can be a reason for me earning so little in Adverlets. But then, it maybe also Adverlets that is not doing great in blog advertising, doesn’t pay that much like Adsense does.
I’ll have Adverlets ads in my blogs for a couple of month and see how other user think about it. If it’s still like old time, no improvement, I’ll remove it from my blogs.
Currently Nuffnang gives a more stable income, on my personal blog but still no advertiser buy any ads space on this and my food blog yet. Working hard to attract more reader now.
By the way, check is American English, and cheque is British English.

I have a question. How come all in rounded up numbers of 50 only? When you cash out you can’t cash out like Nuffnang where it’s exact amount wan issit?

Oh man, so many complaints on the late arrival of Advertlets cheques, now I starting to worry about mine. =S
I thought click rate on my blog is damn low, until I see yours…

Sorry about the issue regarding the cheques. FYI, we entered your address exactly as you entered it in your profile.
The information that we enter through a computerized system is then passed to our bank - and the misspelling and address error is on their end, (not to mention the bad handwriting as well) as they handle the sending of the cheques. We take this very seriously and I will be sure to let our bank know of this, thanks.
As for your earnings, do write to me on your ad placings so far, and I can help you optimize it. Different ad formats would bring differently, and I noticed that you do not have the most lucrative 165×240 ad format installed. Drop me a mail, and we can match you with ads for your personal & food blog once you’ve installed the code for that. Cheers!

Since you’re here, do you mind to answer me how long it exactly takes for Adverlets to get ready and send the cheque out?
The money generated from every 1000 impressions has dropped obviously in most of the blogs, what happened?
Why do I still not yet receive any reply from Adverlets after submitted so many “tickets”?
Too much questions for Advertlets from billing till service. It is disapointing

I choose to cashout at a rounded number. You can cashout at any amount, any cents you want to as long as you reach RM100.

Ok, guess the bank is not doing well with their job. I don’t want to put the 165×240 ads because most of my post are in picture format and there will be no place for it in the post. I have a large rectangle under every post and doesn’t it gives more attention than the 165×240 ad?

I did submit quite a number of tickets but after 2 weeks only got their reply. It seems slow on their customer service.
