Creative Vado Pocket Video Cam

I just knew that the Singapore based Creative has just released a pocket size video cam, the Creative Vado which is likely to look like the Flip Pocket Video Camera. Obviously it’s out to challenge the Flip camcorder.

It’s slimmer, with larger screen, cheaper and of course the pink colour one is pinker. Though, the Creative Vado only offers in 2 colors, silver and pink while the Flip Video Ultra allows you to choose in 5 colors, just like the Nano.

2GB version of Creative Vado allows you to shoot up to 2 hours of VGA quality video (640×480) is selling at US$99 / SG$169 while the Flip Video Ultra 60 Minutes is selling at US$149. Guess Creative Vado pwn3d the Flip Video with it’s price and bigger capacity.

It’s not available in any store yet at the moment. Just got news that it will be selling at Singapore’s PC Show on June 12th at SG$169.

Update:The video quality of the Vado suck or lousier than the Flip Video actually. Check out some sample video on YouTube.
