Microsoft will be back for Yahoo

Recently, Microsoft offers to buy Yahoo for $33 per share which is approximately $47.5b in total was rejected by Yahoo. Yahoo was so arrogant to reject the offer and turn out that their shares gone down on that day they rejected. Nevertheless, Microsoft will be back for Yahoo and at this time, Microsoft says it is discussing with Yahoo on an alternative transaction which is not offering new bid but on PLAN B.
In a statement, Microsoft said it “is not proposing to make a new bid to acquire all of Yahoo at this time, but reserves the right to reconsider that alternative”.
After Microsoft’s statement, Yahoo confirmed it was looking at a number of “value maximising” alternatives with Microsoft, and would assess offers made by the firm.
I believe Microsoft won’t be so releasing its hands on Yahoo so soon. Let’s see will it be MicroHOO! soon?
