Make sure you have installed security software before download anything from PPS.TV. I did the download from this link and my PC is infected with the Antivir virus and it will lock up your PC and you cannot do anything except you are told that you have to buy their program to cure the lock up. No Internet connection also. Smart virus, it does not hurt your data but it lock it up. The only thing you see and do is to pay and buy the antivirus program. They make money with their virus. My PC is now DEAD as I am not sure if OK to buy the program because you will need to use your credit card and does it work, who knows. Here is the bad link and is for PC. Prior to that I downloaded the program from the PPS.TV site and it I cannot removed it from my PC. Watch out.

Your tips works very well with window 7 about reading Chinese in PPS.However I have a problem. The antivirus soft ware with PPS wants me to uninstall the soft ware I am using MacFee Security so that they can install the antivirus software called Risingvirus.How do we get around it?

i downloaded the latest pps.tv but there's no playlist on the left panel. do i have to create login id or something? I dont read chinese though...

You need to make sure you don't have Internet security blocking the program and wait for the playlist to refresh.

If your get the "runtime error", you can try to uninstall pps and reinstall it again, or use another username to login in your computer, probably it can help you get around the issue, plus, if you still have problem in using pps, I recommend you to use another Chinese P2P video streaming program called "pplive". it is nice too.
BTW, if you have interest in cheap chinese comsumer electronic products such as mp4, mp5,mobile phoen, try this one

I installed it on my mom's laptop but when I installed it on my own, they aren't there. T_T
