Last night, I went to the storeroom and looked out for the unused PC hardwares that were lying in there. I almost had another PC and it’s just that I still lack a CPU chassis to put everything in it.
I have 2 motherbaords, 1 with Intel Pentium 4 3.0 HT which is very noisy on the heatsink fan when turned on and another one has a AMD 64 3000 on it. I have a total of 3.5GB of ram, a 160GB IDE HDD, 2 DVD Drives, 1 400W PSU, 2 wireless card, and a Palit 7300GS 256MB AGP graphic card.
If I fix everything up, I will get another PC at home. I noticed that I got a problem when I took everything out, the motherboard with AMD processor doesn’t has a graphic output, neither does it has a AGP graphic card port. It only has PCI-E and the card that was on it is now on my current PC. This motherboard is a DFI LanParty something something that my brother bought a few years back, which don’t have a graphic output. That’s the problem but some geeks will say this is pro because you need a graphic card to use with it.
As for the other CPU, the P4, I don’t really want to use it because it’s noisy but somehow when I fix everything up, I still got a problem, I lost my manual and I don’t know which jumper to set to turn on the PC. LOL. It doesn’t has a switch like on the DFI LanParty motherboard.
In the end, I keep everything back in the storeroom again. Wasted my time. OMG. I actually wanted to set up another PC to put in my house’s living room for Internet TV like PPS, YouTube and some music streaming at home, but I can’t do it already with all the problems I’ve got.

Hi,
Just search the web and you may find the manual for your motherboard.
Try key in the brand and model of your motherboard. i.e. PM8M-v8H MSI
I have got it for you:
the product page @ MSI:
http://www.msi.com/index.php?func=proddesc&maincat_no=1&prod_no=205
and the manual download page:
http://www.msi.com/index.php?func=downloaddetail&type=manual&maincat_no=1&prod_no=205
enjoy DIYing:)
For your CPU, please try use WD40 to clean it and reduce the noise…
BTW: Which Camera are you using? is it a Minolta? I like the color
