Sync Nokia N95 or other MP3 device with iTunes

I am iTunes user since many many years back when iPod and iTunes were release. At that time, I don’t have an iPod, it’s brother who have it but he asked me to use iTunes, so from then on, I like the simplicity and the Mac-designed program. I found it easy to manage my music until I got an iPod and I can’t leave it now.

If you own a MP3 device which transfer music via drag and drop from folder to folder or a mobile phone which uses the similar method, you can try out iTunes Agent which allow you to manage your music with iTunes.

You just need to drag and drop the music to the dedicated playlist in iTunes created by iTunes Agent then you press sync on iTunes Agent, the music will then be transfer to your device. In my own opinion, I prefer this method than using Nokia Music or the traditional drag and drop.

I can manage my music later when I am not connecting my device, it will then sync according to what’s in the playlist when I connect my device. Simple and easy.

Download iTunes Agent.

Chinese Gadget: MP5 Player

My dad went to Shenzhen lately and bought home some Chinese made gadget. One of which he bought is this MP5 portable media player. It’s brandless or in fact the brand and model name is MP5. Very funny.

It looks pretty with a large 2.7 screen but not a touch screen., the screen is quite plastic which I feel that it will be cracked easily. Though the colour on the screen is pretty and the interface too. The buttons are all located on the side and is not difficult to navigate around the menu.

It has a 2GB memory which plays mp3, wma, avi, jpg, txt files for eBook and even Real Media format files (rmvb). There’s also FM radio and a voice recorder feature. It’s a cheap media player which cost around US$30 but there’s some cons about this are, cheap built quality, slow interface and sound quality is not as nice as the iPod.
