I am loving my New iPad right now, utilizing every bit of it and I think this is a perfect buy. Last weekend was the launch of the New iPad around the world, and our neigbouring country – Singapore is in one of the launching country too. My brother who is at Singapore bought 2 units, one for himself and one for me, then I went to Singapore to collect from him. He bought from Singtel (a telco in Singapore) shop in Singapore. It’s a 32GB Wifi + 4G version. Although it’s stated 4G, it will not be usable in Asia as there’s no LTE in Malaysia yet, even though there is LTE in the future, the 4G is only supported for the LTE in the United States. Was thinking of getting the 16GB version but then I realised that 32GB will be an ideal choice because I might need the iPad to backup my photos when I’m on travel, and the app for iPad is kinda big in size. In addition, I bought a [...]

In addition, I bought a Smart Cover (Leather Tan) with it as it was a special deal, selling at only S$68 purchase-with-purchase. Cheaper than original S$98.

So far, it’s doing very good to me, despite report about heating up and wifi problem, I find that that’s not really a problem to me. It’s not that hot, the wifi is good, the system is fast, screen is awesome but what I love the most is the 5-megapixel camera. =D

Some friend ask me about when it will be released in Malaysia, I expect April, first or 2nd week of April.

PSP Go has been release for a few weeks here in Malaysia already, selling for RM1099. I would say the price is expensive and I might go for parallel import if it’s cheaper because my first generation’s PSP is a Japanese parallel import unit, which means, not official from local Sony Malaysia. I still can’t find any demo unit in-store in Penang yet, the one I’ve tried was in Singapore few weeks back. My first impression on this little gaming machine when it’s first announced was, sucks, smaller screen, weird button placement. However, thought changed after getting my hands on the demo unit in one of the Sony’s store in Singapore. It felts incredibly light, the button were comfortable with my tiny hands and the screen was not really smaller. It’s just like shorter but it’s still a very big screen when having it on hands, near to you. I already have a first generation PSP, but I do want to have this new one in my bag, it’s cool, mine is like so old. What do you think about the PSP Go?

Hopefully, whatever telco that is bringing iPhone into Malaysia will provide a nice price and plan for us. Let’s wait and see, the telco contract plan for iPhone will sure drop. When it comes, I gonna get it. Don’t rush for it yet as there’s bugs yet to be fixed on the new iPhone 3G.
Hopefully, whatever telco that is bringing iPhone into Malaysia will provide a nice price and plan for us. I am am getting not excited for it now after seeing the expensive plan in Singapore and it’s so not worth for it. It still cheaper in United States comparing to other country right now.

Let’s wait and see, the telco contract plan for iPhone will sure drop. When it comes, I gonna get it. Don’t rush for it yet as there’s bugs yet to be fixed on the new iPhone 3G. Stay cool.
