Xiaomi Redmi Note is the latest device by Chinese mobile brand – Xiaomi and it is priced at an incredibly price of starting at 799 Chinese Yuan (about RM425) which packs a 5.5″ IPS display that does a wonderful 1280×720 pixels resolutions. Powering the Redmi Note is a 1.4GHz Ocat-Core MT6592 processor from MediaTek with 1GB of RAM. Another option of the device is a higher-spec version that runs on 1.7GHz Octa-Core processor with 2GB of RAM at only 999 Chinese Yuan (about RM530).
It has a 13MP main camera and a front facing 5MP camera which is higher than most current mobile phone out there. 8GB of storage is built in and you can expand it more with microSD up to 32GB. Redmi Note runs on Android 4.2 with Xiaomi’s MIUI interface and packs a generous 3,200mAh capacity battery. It is currently available of Chinese market only as it comes with a dual-SIM support for TD-SCDMA and GSM.
