With the announced of Google Android Wear, Motorola has just releases a sneak peak of their wearable smartwatch base on the new operating system developed by Google – Google Android Wear, which focuses on notifications, navigation and Google Now voice commands.
Current smartwatch’s designs are mostly come with a square screen (clock face), but the Moto 360 is the other way around, which shows a more conventional design of smartwatch with a circular clock face.
The sneak peak of the Moto 360 shows Motorola’s vision of what smartwatches should be. While its circular digital clockface represents a conventional and traditional mechanical watch. Designing a circular face for smartwatch is a challenging ask because that most smartwatch operating system are designed for square screens.
Looking at the preview video, it surely has premium construction materials, yet the detailed specs have not been revealed. I am truly looking forward to this device.
